Lionel was previously an Assistant Conservator of Forests in the Forest Department, Sri Lanka – a senior staff grade position in the Sri Lanka Scientific Service of the Public Sector. He brings with him 34 years’ experience and a great depth of knowledge in all aspects of forestry.
